Refund policy

Our return and refund policy for candles is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your candle purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Please note that personalized or custom-made candles are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We strive to provide high-quality products, but in the event that a candle is defective or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We want you to enjoy your candle experience and will do our best to address any concerns.
